Sadly we report this morning that young
Australian jockey Tim Bell has died in Singapore overnight after a fall from a high-rise building.

Unconfirmed early reports state that there are no suspicious circumstances and the death appears to be the result of misadventure.
Early indications are that Tim had locked himself out of his apartment and tried to climb up and onto his balcony to get in but slipped and fell.
Sky Sports Radio said an investigation was underway into the death of the 22-year-old.
Tim had recently begun a three-month riding contract in Singapore.
Tim was an excellent horseman and a contributed to our racetrack success.
Tim had a desire to reach the pinnacle of top jockeys in Australia and had taken the Singapore contract to improve his overall riding skills and experience.
Tim won the 2013/14 Brisbane jockeys' premiership, the same season he claimed his first Group One win on Tinto in the Queensland Oaks.
Tim had also been successful for
Team Dynamic on many occasions, riding our winners in Queensland and the far northern Rivers of NSW.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends and all in the racing industry who had used his services as a top young hoop.
