Tuesday 13 April was one of these
Rocks & Diamonds days for the
Team at Dynamic Syndications, as
two (2) separate buyers of a 5% share, each in a different yearling, both fell over when the time came to pay for their respective purchase.

We have
cancelled our offers to sell those share's to these parties and now
re-offer these onto the Open Market.

One was our eagerly sought HIGHLAND REEL x Eureka Dubai Filly (above) with Gai and Adrian at $4,825 per share inc GST and ALL COSTS to 30 June.
LONHRO x REMIND ME (GB) Brown Filly
The other is the above fantastic filly by Champion Sire LONHRO x REMIND ME (GB) with Richard Freedman which we are racing in co-ownership with leading businessman and Magic Millions Owner – Gerry Harvey (30%).
A lovely looking filly, she has continued to grow, develop and strengthened since arriving in Australia from NZ in January prior to the Magic Millions Sale.

INDIGO GIRL who is well in the market for the three (3) big fillies races in Europe in the next few weeks.
The way this family keeps improving, our filly if she does on the racetrack what we are hopeful she can, would be
worth significant residual value upon racetrack retirement as a breeding prospect.

2021 GOLDEN SLIPPER.

DANSILI mare has produced
one filly named
Raymonda who has
won 2 races and been a
Stakes Performer on 4 occasions, so we know this cross has worked.
LONHRO is well entrenched in Australia’s TOP 10 Broodmare Sire Premiership.
He is one of just
four (4) sires still active at stud on this Broodmare Sires list and he has achieved this ranking off smaller foal crops due to his fertility issues reducing his total foal numbers.
However, this season alone, as a broodmare sire, from 289 Runners his daughters have produced
105 Winners including 5 Stakes Winners.
Whilst as a Stallion at stud,
LONHRO this season has sired 132 Runners: 49 Winners including 8 Stakes Horses (3 SW and 5 SP).
As a result,
well-bred daughters of LONHRO are in-demand by
Commercial Breeders as they are aware daughters of
LONHRO have a high propensity to produce top class runners.
The last time a
mare was sold out of this
female family was in
2019 when a
half-sister to REMIND ME named
Steam Song sold for $440,000 Guineas at the Tattersalls Sale (
$850,000 AUD).
Since then, both
INDIGO GIRL and MOSTLY have appeared on the scene and there is a current
2yo full relation to
JOURNEY and
INDIGO GIRL, so the family has huge upside in Europe.
With our filly being passed by our veterinarian
Dr Tim Roberts as
clean on X-Rays and Scope, our filly was bred by
Gerry Harvey to be a
3yo to race at a mile to 2400m and one we have high hopes may develop into an
Oaks and Cups candidate.
Whilst we wait for our filly to mature and the distances to get out to the trip she will need,
she continues to see her female pedigree grow and strengthen commercially.
Her value could skyrocket on the deeds of close relations whilst she is in the spelling paddock eating grass.

5% Share being RE-OFFERED in this wonderful equine investment opportunity is only
$8,100 inc GST and ALL COSTS to 30/6/21.
We were 100% SOLD on Saturday 10 April - so to have 1 x 5% Share being re-offered on 13/4 is a good news story for the person who claims the share.
The single 5% Share became available as at 10:15am Tuesday 13/4 after we checked-in with a client who had completed documentation and was due to settle on 12/4 but failed to comply.
They advised us they can no longer proceed.
That's fine - things happen, so we have cancelled that sale and are now we are in a position to re-offer this one (1) x 5% Share back onto the open market.
