This week the promotion of our STAR TURN x COUNTY CORK 2yo Bay Colt with trainer GERALD RYAN and to be raced in Co-Ownership with GERRY HARVEY (25%) was fully subscribed.

Completing our administration requirements, we followed-up with a prospective investor who had completed the documentation but monies had not been forthcoming.
We subsequently discovered that we needed to
cancel that proposed transaction and return to the market this
one (1) x 5% share (or 2 x 2.5% shares) to finalise this promotion.
5% Share Price is $7,825 inc GST and ALL COSTS from Fall of Hammer until Date of Registration.
If requested, we may consider dividing the share into
2 x 2.5% shares at $3,925* inc GST (*conditions apply)
Ideally, from our perspective, we would prefer an
existing loyal Dynamic Syndications owner picks up this re-offered equity share because we know what this colt has already displayed in early training and with natural improvement, he could have
above average ability.

However we offer this share to the public at the same time on a
"first in - first served" basis.

totally understand client’s circumstances can and do change, when this has happened previously and we have
re-offered a share FOR SALE - it’s incredible how often that horse turns out to have
stakes-class ability and earns black-type.
