Invincible Spirit’s brilliant Group 1-winning son SHALAA (IRE) returns to
Arrowfield Stud next week on a wave of
European First Crop 2yo’s racetrack success and Australian sale-ring success that will ensure the spotlight is focused firmly on his first-crop Australian runners who have just turned 2yo’s in the Southern Hemisphere.
SHALAA (IRE) - Champion 2yo now exciting first crop sire
The good news keeps coming from Shalaa’s first crop Northern Hemisphere juveniles.
On Tuesday he recorded his
fourth (4th) individual winner when the filly
Cream of the Crop (ex I’m So Glad by Clodovil a son of Danehill) won over 5 furlongs (1000m) at her second start in England.
That was followed on Wednesday by
Shalaa’s fifth (5th) winner at La Teste de Buch in France, where
King Shalaa (ex Baki by Turtle Bowl) sprinted smartly to win over 1600 metres on debut.
One race later over the same distance, Shalaa’s daughter
Samrah (ex Badee Ah by Motivator) finished strongly for a close-up debut third taking his tally to
5 Winners, 8 placed including the Gr2 Royal Ascot placegetter.
Then last week on the Gold Coast, the just turned 2YO son of
Shalaa ex Crowned Glory (by Danehill) achieved the top price of
$360,000 at the Magic Millions National Sale and another colt sold for
$240,000.
Overall, Shalaa had seven colts and one filly sell at the sales, taking his average for a total of
69 first-crop Australian yearlings in 2020 to $158,898 – That’s 5.3 times his fee.
Shalaa’s top-priced Australian yearling in 2020 was the
$600,000 colt out of Jemison (by Commands), now named Cheerful Legend, bought from Arrowfield Stud’s draft at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Sale.
Shalaa is scheduled to arrive to his Australian destination at Arrowfield Stud on Tuesday 11 August and he will stand his
fourth Australian stud season at an unchanged service fee of
$33,000, which is looking exceptional value on the deeds of his progeny and the types he has been producing here in Australia.
On Tuesday this week, Team Dynamic wrote a story about how pleased we are with our Shalaa x Talented Miss Filly.
Our Dynamic Filly - Shalaa x Talented Miss Filly
The story featured how pleased we are at present with her progress and how our filly has received significant pedigree updates since we purchased her which has seen her
commercial value actually doubled whilst our filly has been relaxing in the spelling paddock.
That increase in value was generated upon the deeds several close relations adding valuable black type to the pedigree page especially outstanding
3yo QUICK THINKER who won the 2020 ATC Derby Gr1 2400m.

TALENTED MISS and ACOUPLAMAS are full sisters.

When our
SHALAA x TALENTED MISS filly eventually retires from her racetrack career to become a broodmare, if she was sent to
SO YOU THINK the resulting progeny would be a
¾ relation in blood to QUICK THINKER and that horse would hold significant commercial appeal.
From a potential racing prospect, we simply can’t be more
impressed than we are with our
SHALAA x TALENTED MISS filly.
Shane Rose at Bimbadeen Park has been constantly
upbeat about what she is showing him in the educational and early training phase of her development.

Whilst the racetrack polish will be placed upon her by champion trainer
GAI WATERHOUSE and ADRIAN BOTT and their stable is flying.
Despite being now worth twice what we paid for her as a yearling,
Dynamic Syndications have not increased the price of a share.
With
5% Shares are only $8,880 inc GST and all costs out to 31 October 2020.
Remember - You don’t buy into fillies like this – you invest!
She has
enormous upside based on
both her
displayed ability to date and the
commercial pedigree ensuring
terrific residual value upon retirement.
You won’t find better.
Don’t miss out here. The 2yo racing season commences on the first weekend in October.
