Super Sire JUSTIFY Sees Service Fee Hike to $200K in Kentucky for 2024

Coolmore Stud have announced their Service Fees on their Kentucky based Ashford Farm roster, and it was no surprise that sire sensation JUSTIFY was given top spot for 2024.

The undefeated USA Triple Crown Winner has smashed it out of the park this year siring five Group 1 winners – Aspen Grove, Arabian Lion and his 2YO Group 1 winners Opera Singer, Just FYI and the hugely impressive City of Troy, who has earned a comparison to the mighty Frankel for his recent dazzling Dewhurst Stakes victory.

Justify has been priced at USD $200,000 for his upcoming season at Ashford Stud in Kentucky which equates to AUD $314,220, so Australian breeders seem to have a bargain using this exceptional young sire during his current Southern Hemisphere season at a fee of AUD $77,000. Especially since the champion sire did not shuttle to Australia last season, which has resulted in Justify currently serving a stellar book of mares in Australia.

Justify was crowned Champion First Season Sire in Australia for 2022/2023 and worldwide has sired 22 stakes-winners with his SW to runner strike rate sitting an ultra-impressive 10.7%.

He has had four Southern Hemisphere Stakes Winners from his first crop to date and two of these have been Group Winners over the past week - Air Assault and Star of Justice.
