TOUCHDOWN – Four New Dynamic European Imports Land in Australia

Our Dynamic Syndications purchased four (4) European Imports have landed in Australia on Saturday 30 November.

Lot 270 RECONDITE (IRE), Lot 337 GREEK HERO (GB), Lot 341 INVASION DAY (IRE) and Lot 445 SAINT OF KATOWICE (IRE) went into quarantine in England at International Racehorse Transport’s (IRT) property immediately after we purchased the boys on the 28th and 29th October at the TATTERSALLS Horses-In-Training Sale at Newmarket.

They flew out of London on Thursday evening 28/11 and arrived safe and sound on Saturday morning.

Our boys flew directly into Melbourne, where they headed straight into quarantine for two weeks before being released to us on 15 December.

We were delighted to hear from IRT that our boys all travelled without incident.

This year we are grateful for the cooler conditions currently being experienced in Melbourne, with top temperatures for the for the next week predicted only to be in the mid-teens.

Last time we imported horses from the UK was at the same time of year and their first week after they arrived, temperatures were over 30 degrees.

It’s issues such as this immediate warmer climate and the longer daylight hours as to why UK Imports take a good 12 months to fully acclimatise.

Once our boys finish quarantine in Melbourne, they will head to our veterinarian Dr Tim Roberts property Boynton Park where they will have a few weeks off as they adjust to our summer.

Then they will all head to their respective trainers for their first Australian preparation.

RECONDITE (IRE) was the fourth and final promotion we are offering into the market 2019. He is already 70% Sold with 5% Shares at $8,850 inc GST and All Costs since fall of hammer until 31/1/20.

RECONDITE (IRE) will heads to Rosehill to be trained by “The People’s Trainer” RICHARD FREEDMAN.
