An outstanding catalogue has been produced by the William Inglis Team for their 4 day Premier Yearling Sale at Oaklands Melbourne and Team Dynamic are keen to get amongst some of the quality lots on offer. >
This sale has been good to us in the past, including purchasing our outstanding sprinter REWARD FOR EFFORT along with a host of other winners. The 790 lot catalogue is represented by some quality sires and female families and reflects arguably the best catalogue Inglis have produced for this sale in the last two decades.
Having done our research and statistical analysis of every pedigree in the book, we are confident that we have identified some potential racetrack stars.
However the pedigree is only one part of the equation.
They also have to live up to physical inspection based upon conformation, athleticism, size and strength and then , pass a rigorous veterinary inspection by our contracted veterinarian Dr. Tim Roberts. Then those who survive the culling process to that stage, will have their x-rays examined and as our clients know "If in doubt - we rule it out".
At this early stage, of the 790 catalogued lots after pedigree evaluations and scratchings, we have identified 129 candidates for inspection under our strict pedigree rating and evaluation system, which we developed to consider specific class and environmental factors only found in Australian racing. Obviously, historically we know the majority of these will be culled from the list after inspections, however we are hopeful and anticipate having still quite a few survive.
We will be attending the saleyard from Thursday morning, inspecting these horses with the sale commencing Monday 27 February.
