A busy weekend in the Dynamic ranks with our runners producing some pleasing efforts on the track despite not being first past the post.
Dynamic Syndications had 3 runners on the weekend all who produced good efforts with two of them being absolutely luckless.
The first of these was debutant Secret Delight who had no luck when it raced in the 2yo fillies race at Scone on Saturday.
Secret Delight got no luck at Scone
After slightly missing the kick, jockey Chad Schofield had no other option but to go back to last and try to save some running on the inside.
Chad successfully did this however it resulted in the horse being caught in a pocket and despite trying to go for a number of runs, gaps just kept closing up and she was unable to get out with plenty of run left in her legs.
We are confident that next time she goes to the track, if she gets an ounce of luck, she will be in contention and it seems that we have a serious racehorse on our hands. BIG WATCH.
Dream Choice was the next to go around in the Scone Guineas and produced a brilliant effort despite jumping from a very wide barrier.
Chad Schofield produced a lovely ride in an extremely tough field to finish fifth behind some quality horses. He will look to go back to a more suitable grade and possibly now get over more ground.
He managed to settle mid field and hit the line as good as anything in the field with some positive signs that he has really turned the corner.
Dream Choice returned to form with a great run
Both horses have reportedly pulled up well and will be given an easy time following their long float trip back from Scone. Look for them over the next couple of weeks when they next appear.
We then travelled to Randwick with Boulevard Baron where the luck again went against us. After already drawing the second widest barrier in a big field, the heavens opened up and the rain came down which were not ideal conditions for the Baron.
Nash Rawiller did as well as he could on the horse, trying to sit wide, well away from the inside which had been chopped up with the track rated a Heavy 8.
Unfortunately, the horse did not handle the ground at all but still made inroads on the leaders after sitting well back in the field.
Boulevard Baron couldn't catch a break
The plan with Boulevard Baron is to look to step him up in distance, find a suitable race for him and hopefully get a bit of luck by drawing a gate and finding a dry track.
We will keep you updated over the coming weeks with these three runners and all the horses that we currently have on our books.
