Arrowfield Stud took the honours as Australia's leading breeder of Group 1 winners with four (4) in the 2014/15 season. The Snitzel trio Sweet Idea, Wandjina and Hot Snitzel won a total of six Australian Group races last season headed by their Gr1 victories in the ATC Galaxy, VRC Australian Guineas and the BTC Cup along with Champion South African filly Majmu (Redoute's Choice).

The 2 day sale ended with 145 yearlings sold for US$46,755,000, up from last year's gross of $33,284,000 for 114 horses. The average of $322,448 was up 10.4 per cent from a year ago, while the median was up 5.3 per cent.

Australian bred and Inglis Easter sold filly ENITSAAR received an accolade at the 2015 South African Racing Association Equus Awards overnight being named South Africa’s Champion Two-year-old Filly.

The final tally of Stakes Wins & Stakes Winners for 2014–15 was 34 Stakes wins comprised of 7 Group 1 victories (same as the previous season), 9 Group 2 wins, 7 Group 3 wins and 11 Listed wins from 22 Individual Stakes Winners.

Australia's Champion 2yo Colt of 07-08 and now Widden Stud based sire SEBRING (More Than Ready-Purespeed, by Flying Spur) added a black-type success when 3yo colt Sebring Sun won The Rosebud LR 1200m.
