One thing about a hot yearling sale market is that it highlights just how successful we have been this year with our previous purchases.

Australian and international buyers battled away Day 1 of the 2015 Inglis Easter Yearling Sale buying 132 yearlings at an average of $291,667. Dynamic Syndications identified several possible purchases Day 1 but were blown out of the water. It’s hard to justify the telephone numbers being thrown about the sale ring.

Dynamic Syndications, promising 3yo HAIR OF THE DOG (by Tale Of The Cat) made it 3 wins and one placing in 4 starts on Thursday and Dynamic Syndications 414th Win and our 28th for the season when he won at Grafton.

Coolmore have completed the purchase of a controlling interest in the unbeaten Golden Slipper winner Vancouver and are delighted the current owners are going to participate in his racing career with trainer GAI WATERHOUSE.

Being trapped deep certainly wasn’t going to be enough to stop the Gerald Ryan-trained Ygritte from capturing much overdue valuable black type with a gutsy win in Thursday’s Listed Gosford Guineas (1200m). She became the 30th Stakes Winner for her sire SNITZEL

Beautifully bred two-year-old filly Sempre Libera booked herself a start for day two of The Championships with a powerful victory in the McGrath Estate Agents Handicap 2YO NMW (1200m) at Rosehill on Wednesday. Trained by Gai, the filly is by MEDAGLIA D'ORO the same sire as her recent Golden Slipper winner Vancouver.

Vendors have commenced parading their yearlings at Inglis’ Newmarket sales complex in Sydney ahead of what promises to be a bumper Australian Easter Yearling Sale to be held on 7, 8 and 9 April next week, with selling on all three days of the sale beginning at 11:00am.
