Ciaron Maher's Seven Winners in Four-State Haul on 31 August adds to their Massive August Tally. It was special Saturday for the Ciaron Maher Racing Team, as the country’s leading training stable for winners over the previous two seasons have raced to the front to start the 2024/25 season. It proved a rare afternoon when Ciaron Maher trained winners across all Eastern State capital cities, as well as South Australia. Ciaron Maher and his Team trained four (4) winners at Caulfield, and also prepared winners at Rosehill, Doomben and Morphettville.

ALMANZOR Sired Heatherlie Stakes Quinella at Caulfield with Rise At Dawn and Positivity

Boom sire ALMANZOR on Saturday sired a Caulfield Double and provided the Quinella in the Listed Heatherlie Stakes (1700m) when his son Rise At Dawn became the sire’s 19th individual Stakes Winner.
