Race 2 at Hawkesbury on Sunday was the PF FORMATION Class 1 Handicap over 1600m and Dynamic Syndications highly promising middle-distance galloper SAVVY CROWN, a 4yo Bay or Brown Gelding by SAVABEEL from TIARA (NZ) (by O’Reilly) trained by Jason Deamer and ridden beautifully by Rachel King, took no prisoners when closing off brilliantly to score in a quick time of 1:35.86 running his last 600m: 0:34.89 to claim 1st prizemoney of $16,740. SAVVY CROWN ($8.50) was eased up to a jog to cross the line, defeating Dance Too Hard by a widening 4.89 lengths with the $2.05 favourite Morethannumberone 3rd 4.93 lengths away.
