We were still committed to bid upon three (3) yearlings and whilst one of these sold well over our ceiling price, we were successful when buying two (2) high quality colts as back-to-back lots.

When the planets align its magical. Day 2 at the 2021 Magic Millions Yearling Sale has proven to be exactly that. Having purchased two (2) fabulous fillies on Day 1, then Day 2 started with a bang when we grabbed Lot 204 a cracking colt by Fastnet Rock we were rightfully pleased with ourselves but we hadn’t finished shopping and we were keen to add other special colt if we could – and we did!

Dynamic Syndications have added a special colt into our Team on Day 2 at the Magic Millions as we struck in the first hour to buy LOT 204, a fabulous Bay Colt by champion sire FASTNET ROCK x DANCE MIX (by Hennessy) foaled 15 October 2019 from Bhima Thoroughbreds (as agent). The gavel fell on our bid of $210,000 + GST we set a new record price for Dynamic Syndications to pay at auction for any colt, and this price now matches our previous top price paid in 2020 when we secured an I Am Invincible Filly. We regard him as one of the best colts we have ever had the opportunity to take home from a yearling sale

All up across the opening day over $35 million was traded on 142 lots sold at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Sale for a record Day 1 average price of over $248,000 and a Median of $170,000. The clearance rate of 85 per cent bettered last year's opening day figure of 83 per cent.

We had to be patient, waiting until the final half-hour of Day 1 at the Magic Millions Yearling Sales to secure our second purchase of the sale, but the wait was worth it as the gavel fell on LOT 168, our target filly, at $170,000 + GST ensuring we had gained ownership of a simply stunning lass. She looks more like WONDER WOMAN than a dainty PRINCESS, as our strong individual is by Champion Sire LONHRO ex CLASSIC VOGUE (NZ).

Dynamic Syndications are off and running at the 2021 MAGIC MILLIONS when waiting until LOT 110 entered the ring to commence our first battle of bidding for the new sales season. In what is proving to be a patchy market on Day 1, as buyers and sellers spa at each other attempting to find the strength of the marketplace, we had identified Lot 110 as a must to bid upon, and to have secured her from COOLMORE STUD (as agent for Mr Lindsay Maxsted) to our bid of $100,000 + GST will prove to be a special buy for our loyal owners that will join us in racing the filly.

The “brilliant speed” of Dynamic Syndications YAO DASH was again on display when the perfect plan paid off in a big way, as “NASH and DASH got the Magic Millions CASH” with a dominant display to WIN the $250,000 2021 Magic Millions Rising Star Class 4 Plate Colts and Geldings division for 3yo’s and 4yo’s over 1300m, on Day 1 of the Magic Millions Carnival on the Gold Coast, and picked up a cheque of $146,500 to the winner.

TOO MUCH CLASS has taken to her racing career with gusto for Dynamic Syndications and our top team of co-owners that race the talented daughter of Smart Missile when she recorded her second win on the bounce for the Ciaron Maher and David Eustace stables, when she demolished her peers over 1600m in a Benchmark 58 at Orange of Friday. TOO MUCH CLASS ($1.80) won Race 7, the Orange Vet Hospital Bm58 1600m on a Good 4 in a slick time of 1:34.97 by an eased down but widening 2.21 lengths over second favourite Grace Augusta ($5.00)(59.5ks) with Hibern ($13) (57.0kgs) 3.75 lengths in third.

Dynamic Syndications recorded our 38th Win for the current season and our 692nd Overall Race Win when the Jason Deamer trained, magnificent looking individual JAZIRAT - a 4yo Bay Mare by SHOOTING TO WIN from ALZIRA (NZ) returned from a spell in commanding fashion to score a comfortable victory in a field of 12 runners at Muswellbrook on Thursday.
