It was a smokey morning at Headquarters as the haze of the bush fires hung heavy over Randwick. Our thoughts and Prayers are with those affected by these horrible fires and our gratitude and best wishes to those fire fighters for their selfless giving to protect others. We thank you for your service. This morning we saw several of our horses going through their paces and Adam and Adrian had a chat about these and other Dynamic Syndications horses in the stable.

You have to love those “feel-good” stories where the “underdog” has the starring role in the season finale and the plot delivers a suspenseful concluding scene, where this “underdog” walks away as the superhero, to thunderous applause and cheering as viewers are delighted with the outcome. Is this the plot for the next big TV Series, HBO, Netflix or Stan blockbuster? No ….. it was the Melbourne Racing Club’s final day of the 2019 Spring Carnival and the star of the show was Dynamic Syndications 5YO Mare TELEPLAY (by Written Tycoon x Special Episode) who became our heroine when, as the only female taking on the boys at Weight-For-Age in the $160,000 Gr3, 1300m Kevin Heffernan Stakes, she defeated those male rivals through sheer grit, class and competitive determination. TELEPLAY made it Back-To-Back Group 3 Victories in 11 days, having also won the Jim Beam Stakes Gr3 over 1400m at Flemington on Melbourne Cup Day.

Dynamic galloper SONDELON (5yo geld LONHRO x TRISARA) was resuming from a spell for his trainers Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott over an unsuitably short 1250m in the feature event on Friday night at Canterbury Park, Race 7 the $80,000 Sutton Motors KIA EVENING STAR Benchmark 76 Handicap. Asked to carry 60.0kgs in the assignment, in a race of 12 runners, on a night which was favouring on pace runners and knowing we didn’t have the necessary toe to eyeball the leading division in the early sections, it was SONDELON grit and the determination by jet pilot NASH RAWILLER who stole victory from the jaws of defeat when the duo arrived in the last hop to claim a Head win. SONDELON has taken his career tally to: 11 starts: 4 wins, 1 second, 2 thirds and $139,880.

Our four (4) Dynamic Syndications Tattersalls HORSES-IN-TRAINING Sale purchases have all officially entered IRT (International Racehorse Transport’s) UK quarantine facility as they await their first-class flights to Australia. As can be seen from the photos and video clips, each of our boys are in magnificent order entering quarantine period. Each has been purchased to specifically aim towards the Cups and the huge Prizemoney of offer for distance racing in Australia.

At a cold and wet Hamilton Races on Tuesday afternoon, VINACEOUS a recent acquisition to Team Dynamic, strolled around the 1600m trip to score an impressive, eased down but widening 1 length win in Race 7 the bet365 Benchmark 58 Handicap. Presented into the mounting yard in awesome order by rising trainer Matt Laurie, and ridden to perfection by talented pilot Damien Thornton, the race was as good as over after the field had run 50m.

Imported galloper Mushaireb (GB) has taken a while to be worked out but co-trainer Richard Freedman believes they’ve unlocked what makes the gelding tick and he’s expecting a bold showing in Saturday’s Hunter Valley Premium Meats Benchmark 78 Handicap (1500m) at Newcastle. Mushaireb, a lightly-raced son of Invincible Spirit, joined the Freedman yard at the start of the year and in his first campaign for the Rosehill-based trainer he chalked up a midweek win and three competitive Saturday grade performances.

It’s been a busy few weeks with our Team attending the Tattersalls UK Horses-In-Training Sale at Newmarket and securing 4 fabulous horses who will be arriving in Australia in a months’ time after completing UK quarantine. So here we are “finally” able to release to the market the much anticipated four (4) UK horses. Demand has been brisk with many loyal Dynamic Syndications owners already having reserved shares in these horses so there is only limited opportunities remaining.

CONSTANZIA our 4yo Brown Mare by PIERRO x MAFIA MISS faced the starter for her fourth career start and came away victorious in the BJ’s Workwear Maiden Handicap 1280m at Muswellbrook on Melbourne Cup day Tuesday 5/11. Her record now reads 4 sts: 1-0-1 and twice fifth. Owners like winners at anytime but there is something more special when you can win on Melbourne Cup Day.
