Ridden by Tommy Berry, I AM ME jogged over the line with a 2.8 length margin over runner-up Tempestas, with Lovero in third spot. I AM ME stopped the clock at 56.55 secs despite being eased down the final 100m and claimed the $10,000 bonus.

On Sunday at Coonamble it was their Showcase Meeting and Country Championships qualifier heat. The Club invited and flew up to their meeting Sydney’s two best jockeys, James McDonald and Hugh Bowman. Dynamic Syndications had VANDANGLE aiming towards the Benchmark 66 Handicap at 1600m & Adam Watt swooped to secure James McDonald to ride our horse. “JMac’s” ride Vandangle was “beyond belief” to secure victory in the shadows of the post, recording a 0.16 length win over the Hugh Bowman mount and $2.10 favourite Deel With Me. VANDANGLE took his career record to 7 Starts: 3 Wins, 2 Seconds, 1 Third.

We then sold her at the Magic Millions Broodmare Sale for $300,000. At the 2022 MM Tasmanian Yearling Sale the final foal of READY TO LIVE was offered as Lot 3. She was a filly by SMART MISSILE, so she is a FULL-SISTER to READY TO PROPHET. We purchased her and we are now at 95% SOLD - only 1 x 5% Share is Available.

Coolmore’s Triple Crown hero American Pharoah (USA) was making headlines in North America on the weekend. His progeny recorded a Group double courtesy of high-quality mare As Time Goes By, who became his fourth Group 1 winner when capturing the Group 1 Beholder Mile at Santa Anita whilst exciting 3YO colt Forbidden Kingdom was successful at Gr2 level.

Gai Waterhouse has always had a sense of occasion, so it was no surprise to see the Dynamic trainer her celebrate 30 year training anniversary by winning the Group 1 Randwick Guineas (1600m) for the first time with Converge on Saturday. It was the 148th Group 1 Win for Gai, 134 in her own right and the 14th Gr1 success in partnership with Adrian Bott.

Big weekend for Shalaa as his 2YO daughter SEVEN VEILS earned automatic entry to the $5 million Golden Slipper Gr1 with a strong all-the-way victory in Saturday’s $300,000 ATC Reisling S. 1200m Gr2. His 2yo son Shalatin was a resolute third behind Sejardan & Boyfriend (a Snitzel colt) in the Todman, whilst Shalaa's 2yo daughter All Sassed Up finished second on debut in the $200,000 Magic Millions SA 2YO Classic.

On Tuesday afternoon, 1st March the provincial Kembla Grange meeting was transferred down the highway to Goulburn to escape the sodden track. Our Dynamic Syndications 3yo filly EXTREME GEM (Extreme Choice x Encosta Jewel) trained by Richard Freedman was to face the starter for the first time. Despite being inexperienced, and still having a lot to learn regarding racecraft, and knowing she is bred to want further than the 1200m of this debut trip, our filly was far too good for her peers with a very soft win.
